Keane Riley

A graduate of the University of Washington’s Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) program, I am currently a Technical Account Manager at Apptio where I work with our Cloudability customers. I provide technical guidance to make sure customers utilize the capabilities of Cloudability to design a platform that addresses their business needs. As a graduate of Human Centered Design & Engineering, I apply a user-centered mindset to the problems I encounter on a day-to-day basis. My close work with customers has given me a great sense of user empathy that drives me to be an internal advocate for the pain points I regularly see.

 

I would eventually like to transition into a Product/UX Designer role, as I feel my user empathy combined with my HCDE background meshes to give me greater insight into making user experiences that are straightforward and clear for a wide gamut of use cases.
